HELLO WORLD. this is reality.

It's been a while since i actually sit down in front of my laptop and start working my ass off on that final year report. Submission is due tonight 2359. I read through every single alphabet, editting every space, every grammatical error i could find in them. It was a good 5 hours starring at the computer and asking everyone around me not to disturb me. Man, i was serious, i was really and i had to. Submitted it and never want to touch it ever again. Now, the big time is here. It's time to present! It's the time you show those assessor what you get out of this project.

It's kind of ugly to see some of my fellow friends arguing over their contributions when we had to include them into the report. I thank God it didn't happen to our group when i know people out there just hope that we might step into this shit also. Well, i must say it's ugly it really is. Learn to give and take and accept it. I agree with what Darren say: This is the fact in life, some people contribute more some people contribute lesser, so life is never fair! Well, true. So credits should only be given to those who really did their work. There's no such thing as 25% each???

FYP did tear some group apart, FYP do bring out the ugly side of your fellow team-mate, but through it all, FYP did brought everyone closer, all the lunch session, we laugh, we joke, we questioned one another's dumb move? We break the legs of many IC chips, we name all our fellow indian friends KUMAR-brave, we even term our supervisor as "LAB TECH", all the laughing session, screaming session, cold-jokes. Okay, everything should set aside now. Serious work tomorrow! We're presenting next wednesday. All excited. Final Lap.

Well amazing, my friend once told me what does FYP stands for at least in RP....

Find Your Project
Finish Your Project
Finally You Present!

Life have been pretty much the same! Busy with FYP, driving, test and my everyday routine!

Friend's birthday party, cell member's convocation. Now i see the difference between NUS & NTU. *giggles* NTU plays techno, kinda do not match the graduation ambience.

Here's some very retarted pictures of me.

yes, shorty i am.

Weird little child is trying to force my hair flat to tell my actual height.
so we have DENNIS & JAN in the house.
patiently waiting for Kenneth's arrival.

:) Congrats Kenneth! :)

finally graduated!

then it was tracy's 21st.

sorry i think i make the picture alot darker.

compared mine and the lady beside me. we're world's apart!

:) HAPPY 21st TRACY!

I have got one unpleasant incident happening to me just few days ago.
That got me pretty upset.

This guy namely P called me up and introduced me an swimming assignment saying he was introduced by H, since the parents wanted a female instructor.
Well, of course i was elated sure why not..?

But on one condition: I had to give him my first month's pay.
Well, i thought for a while and i gave that ugly unglam face and i go.. eeeyer so thick skin. of course i didn't tell him. So the information went on and yada yada...

I called up the parents and confirm the timing and so on... So this P guy would just sms me to confirm and he would irritate the hell outta me. With questions like.. are you a full time or part time coach? Why are you so busy? Are you single like H? and yada yada.. super irritating!

He also called to tell me ways how i should pass him that "commission". Either through ibanking or directly to his student's parent who happens to be my student's friend. He told me.. hey don't tell them them it's commission ok?That would save the trouble. Now, i thought man, some fishy thing is going on. He did a dumb move, imagine you are the parent, why on earth do your pay need to be passed to my friend's coach? What kind of fishy business do they have? Ok dumb move.

I thought about it, and i was like.. actually one introduction and giving 1 month pay is certainly way TOO MUCH! I consulted a few of my friends and everybody told me i was stupid to agree with him. 1 month is way too much. SO i sms this fella and asked him if he could revise the rate. Since i don't think he deserve so much for one introduction.

Ultimately whether i want to give or not it's out of my freewill, legally this illegal, ethically it is not right also. Well, so i negotiated for a good $100, which means i would only get $80. He was still biting on the fact that he introduced me this assignment so i should give him my full payment $180!! Of course he was pissed i was pissed. $100 is alot already ok?!?!? He hung up, telling me he'll get back to me again.

Feeling really disturbed, i called up to check with people whose working in the swimming industry and friends whom were in the same coaching course with H & P. All told me there's no such thing, it's all out of freewill, except H who happens to be the middle person. Well, no worries i am never going to work with such a person anymore.

According to the sales lesson i learn, once you lost the trust, that's it. NO MORE WORKING with the person. SO unethical!

Great! life's been great so far.
With many things on my mind, i managed to juggle it pretty well.
Realised that i have been home pretty early these days. awesome. enough time for me to do my FYP.

Catch up with My Jonny, Adriel, Mark and Joelene at Gelare yesterday. Argh, it was a shooting session i would say. Johnny is always so full of himself, national water polo boy BIG AH! I really doubt if you are the captain. Sometimes, you should just swallow down the humble pie, you really don't have to voice out to show that your presence is around. Come on, i know you well enough. Tsk tsk*

i'm feeling a little feverish. I was still telling Yuan Xing and Tam that i haven fell sick for... years..
i can't even remember when was the last time. It's been a while. Finally i am feeling cold, i need that blanket, i need a good sleep.

HELLO. FYP presentation is coming n i am screaming. Anxiety.
I read Calyn's blog on how exciting their presentation went. Man, i am already feeling it. MAN.
It was fyp yesterday when Mr Eugene Tham, the man who went tokyo with us and who might be the assessor for our fyp presentation asked me... HEY! are you prepared for your funeral? Gosh. i was so scared. He's someone you won't want to mess with. He eat codes, sleep with codes, dream about codes. Yar.. dun mess around with him.

ok i have a pretty exciting month coming up. I have my driving on the 1st aug, i have my FYP presentation in Aug 2nd week i think.. i have lifesaving competition coming up also in the month of august, i have many testes coming up next week and in the first week of august. Gosh, it's never ending. it's like in a while(1) loop.... now i need to declare my void main (void) to my life.

kk. it has been a hard day for me although trainning was cancelled!! Wilson Ang ban us from trainning bcos we wore slippers! Well, at least he's giving us reason why we should skip trainnings.

nvm that, i wan to quickly grow up, get out of RP, earn money and go for diving trips. i envy the fellow divers..

OKay, i tried uploading but it just keep failling me.
go to this link for pics:
http://picasaweb.google.com/rachelchiam87/DiveTripRP
all zone out.
this is what i call.. enjoy life..
boat ride, Mp3, sit back relax ENjoy!

yay! n so we are from the lifesaving team.
eunice, a big fan of ramly burger.

n i found out tt she's from CHEC too!

finally, students + faci + everyone.

ok standard answer: My trip was fine. great! Of course when i have great companies. the livesaving people. Jin, Johann, Adriel, Jenny & previous dive trip friends!

All the diving gears ready, fun people, great buddy. HAHA Jin is not blur afterall lah, i really enjoyed diving with her, i think we were the only pair who held hands and dive together. It was fun searching for marine creatures. Although we didn't get to see alot. Navigating through the deep sea.

No sea turtle, no shark,
No dolphin, no baracudas,
No Stingray, no starfish
No pufferfish, no seahorse

Lots of sea urchin, lots of sea cucumber
abundance of corals, lots of my "nasi-lemak" fish
lots of nemos, lots of LUO HAN fish
personal achievement: i found a squid!!!! SO HAPPY!
Everybody else left, except Delwyn, so i pulled him back and signalled to him!!! I was sooo happy! Then next dive i thought i spot another squid!!! But then i look closer, it is actually a used tissue floating.

I saw one nice heart shape. It is so pretty. I will definately search for it if i ever go back again.

Feeding of fishes while diving was interesting & scary. When all the fishes starts coming to snatch the bread. Wooo, i was taken a step back, suddenly all the fishes start coming to me. I quickly pass the bottle back to instructor.

Well, many dives aborted because of some weaker ones. But but but the instructors were really patient and we were still happy people. Still singing songs, playing around while in the deep sea.

Shipwrecks was an awesome sight. Ok. updates again. My tioman trip was soso, now i prefer dayang! :) Man, i am so addicted to diving already. More trips.

JAMES. mr coral reef, please try to make it for the next trip ok?? Although i was hoping tt u were there!!! Argh, no more tioman, cos the marine life there is so pathethic!
