Kudos to those who are still busy working and cooking for your loved ones this festive season!

I am glad i fnish throwing lots of stuff, clothes, sewing machine, books, toys!
I finally see some light(if you know what i am talking about)
The dust are gone, i see something sparkling. then i wonder, why is it call SPRING CLEANING? and this is what i found out..

Spring cleaning is the period in spring time set aside for cleaning a house, normally applied in climates with a cold winter.
The most common usage of spring cleaning refers to the yearly act of cleaning a house from top to bottom which would take place in the first warm days of the year typically in spring, hence the name. However it has also come to be synonymous with any kind of heavy duty cleaning or organizing enterprise. A person who gets their affairs in order before an audit or inspection could be said to be doing some spring cleaning.

Anyway, after all the hoo-haa, my family head down Grandpa house for reunion dinner. This time round without my brother. Every year the food has been around the same, cantonese family, we cant live without soup! But, this year's a spread! We've Buddha jumps over the wall, which consisted of bamboo shoots, scallop, sea cucumber, abalone, shark fin, chicken, Jinhua ham, pork tendon, ginseng, mushrooms, and taro! We also had Abalone, shark fins and Xue Yu(snow fish)..

Inspite of the economy downturn, we're having better food year by year!
Good food, it's always very meaty also. I do not know why? There's only 1 vege on the whole table. Weird. So yeah, good company and I love my maternal family. We do everything together.
My uncles and aunties are so serving, that got me thinking, terrible what is the next generation going to be like?

Would we be gathering like that in future? Or would we be dinning at some high-class restaurant eating some western crusine? Haha! Anyway, I hope the teo family visits you soon!

I am so excited. I am so excited. I am so excited. Tmr's collection of ang pao and it'll be shopping at china already. I still have no idea what to wear for tmr lah! Wee, so exciting, beijing is -10 to 1 degrees now! Freezing! Enjoy CNY! :)

Today was lunch with Cherissa, Zheng Lei and Kelvin.

I have never laugh so much during a lunch until today. It was soooo funny! Our table was flooded with food. And we thought that a table for 6 is too huge. But who knows, we had so much plates, we do not have space on the table. We place it on the chair! So yeah, so hillarious, it was a 60 min buffet so you can guess how much food we would take with kelvin around. So singaporean, or actually we're just super hungry!! So excited, so ran into the restaurant, and we gobble up some sushi and headed for more! LOL!!! We only had 30mins to take as much as we could , so we really took as much as we could, and try to finish up the food we took in the next 30minutes. The desserts were so yummy, we cannot resisit the temptation! Haha.. i'll let the photos do the talking, or rather there's not much of photo because we were all too busy eating. Good good! Good food. like seriously!!

We ate till we almost puke!It was a fun get-together. HAHAHA!

I'm so happy! I'm leaving on a jet-plane...
and i sing.. I'm going home, to a place where i belong!
China my hometown, yesterday was shopping with mummy to get everything else.

The neck pillow, diamotial(some diahorrea pills just in case i get food poisoning and die there), another set of long john just in case it's still too cold over there, long track pants, more jeans!

Wah, i am spending so much money on this trip. like seriously! Almost close to 1K just for myself and all this barang barang.

Havin said all these, i am good to go. Dad bought a really huge luggage and it's all for me me me to throw another "Huang Na" in.. Opps, i mean it's so huge i am sleep inside. Anyone wants to go skiing with me? hehehe, buy me another luggage then.

WOohoO, this year, no new year goodies, no need to really do spring cleaning, no need to ask daddy to drive me around, no chance to be princess, no need to buy new year clothes, no need to buy too many oranges, else my sister will die of overdosage of ORANGES!

oooh.. my sis will be the only one at home! so well, she'll enjoy all the food to herself.

while, i'll go pick up the snow flakes, literally snow flakes, i'll go and do the snowman, i'll meet husky also known as the sleightman dogs, who will drag me down the river, WOOHOO~ excited!

I'll listen to those boring history of china, i'll climb the great wall of china, i'll shop till i drop over there!! plus plus, i'm going to meet my brother there!! hahaha, i've been such an idiot. HAHA, everytime i'll msn him and tell him: PAPA miss you, MAMA is going crazy because she hasn't seen you for some time, JIE JIE says she wants to rent your room out.

muahahahaha, and he'll go every night you tell me the same thing! so hillarious!

okay, like i say i am really good to go, a passport and a winter jacket and now i am ready to flyyyy... i am going on the 27.01.09 0730am flight from singapore and i'll be back by 08.02.09 3pm flight from beijing.

Pray tt i won't be cold to death. It can go all the way up to -40 degrees! 0-0
